Milan resides in Bloomington, Minnesota, USA. He is The Electronic Imaging Division Exhibition Standards Director and Administrator of the EID Gallery of Nations. Milan joined PSA in 1975 and has served PSA as Divisions Vice President and Chairman of the Nominating Committee. He is actively involved in the Twin City Area Council of Camera Clubs and the Minneapolis - St. Paul International Exhibition of Photography. Milan is a First Galaxy exhibitor in the PSA Color Slide Division.
